Last updated: 3 June 2026

I. Age and legal capacity

By accepting these Terms and Conditions you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Swedish law. The Clinic does not accept members under the age of eighteen.

II. Terms of Service

1. Introduction and definitions

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Clinic's services, website and member portal. By registering as a member you accept the Terms in their entirety.

"Member" means the natural person who has registered an account with the Clinic. "Services" means the treatments, packages and experiences offered by the Clinic. "Package" means the pre-defined combinations of treatments available for purchase by the Member.

2. The Clinic's services

The Clinic offers wellness- and recovery-oriented treatments in areas including hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), cryotherapy, red light therapy and electromagnetic muscle stimulation (X-Tone).

The Services are non-medical. The Clinic does not provide health and medical care within the meaning of the Swedish Patient Safety Act (Patientsäkerhetslagen 2010:659) and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The Member is responsible for consulting licensed medical professionals in the event of health issues.

3. Membership and registration

Membership is available only by personal invitation from the Clinic. Registration of an account requires:

  • A valid invitation code
  • That the Member has attained the age of 18
  • Accurate personal and contact details
  • Acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Non-Disclosure Agreement

The Member is obliged to keep their account details up to date and to protect their login credentials. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or shared.

4. Prices, payment and subscriptions

Current prices are stated on the Clinic's website and package pages. All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT.

One-off packages: are paid in advance. Access and credits are issued immediately upon completed payment.

Subscription packages: are charged monthly in advance from the date of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless the Member cancels at least one (1) day before the next billing date.

Payments are processed through our payment partner Stripe. The Clinic does not have direct access to the Member's card details.

5. Right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act

For distance purchases, consumers normally have a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts (Lag 2005:59 om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler).

Exception: The right of withdrawal expires when the Member has begun the performance of the service (e.g. completed their first treatment) and has expressly consented to the service commencing during the withdrawal period.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Member must notify the Clinic in writing by email before the withdrawal period expires.

6. Bookings

The Member books treatments via the member portal subject to availability. A booking becomes binding when confirmation has been sent. Certain packages include pre-booking of multiple sessions at the time of purchase; remaining sessions can be booked later within the validity period of the package.

Credits and packages have a specified validity period as stated on the Member's credit page. Unused credits expire at the end of the validity period and are not refunded in cash.

7. Cancellations by the Member

The Member may cancel a booked treatment up to twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session without losing the credit.

For cancellations made later than twenty-four (24) hours before the session, the credit will not be refunded. This is because the Clinic has by then already reserved treatment rooms and resources for the Member.

In the event of illness or injury preventing the booked treatment, contact the Clinic as soon as possible. The Clinic may grant exceptions to the twenty-four-hour rule in such cases.

8. Cancellations and closures by the Clinic

If the Clinic needs to cancel a confirmed booking — for example due to unforeseen circumstances, public holidays or emergencies — the Member will be notified promptly and offered a new time or a returned credit.

The Clinic's closure days are published in the member portal.

9. Health and limitation of liability

The Member's responsibility: The Member is responsible for informing the Clinic of health conditions, allergies, medications or other circumstances that may affect the safety of treatment. Health information can be submitted in the member portal.

Contraindications: Certain treatments are unsuitable for specific health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, certain cardiac conditions, claustrophobia for HBOT). The Member is responsible for consulting licensed medical professionals in case of doubt.

Limitation of liability: The Clinic is not liable for damages arising from the Member's failure to provide accurate health information or to follow the Clinic's instructions. The Clinic's total liability to the Member is limited to the amount paid by the Member during the preceding twelve (12) months.

The limitation of liability does not affect the consumer's rights under the Swedish Consumer Services Act (Konsumenttjänstlagen 1985:716) or other mandatory legislation.

10. The Member's obligations

The Member undertakes to:

  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date
  • Not disclose confidential information in accordance with the Non-Disclosure Agreement
  • Respect the Clinic's premises, staff and other members
  • Arrive on time for booked sessions
  • Not forward their invitation code or login credentials

11. Complaints

If the Member is dissatisfied with a service or experiences a fault, a complaint must be made in writing within a reasonable time of the fault being discovered, normally within two (2) months.

For disputes that cannot be resolved directly with the Clinic, the Member may refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) or to the public courts.

12. Termination of membership

The Member may terminate their membership at any time by contacting the Clinic. Upon termination, the Member retains access to unused credits within their validity period.

The Clinic reserves the right to terminate a membership in the event of serious breach of the Terms, the Non-Disclosure Agreement or where the Member's conduct is unacceptable.

13. Force majeure

The Clinic is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions or disruptions to electricity, water or communications networks.

14. Changes to the Terms

The Clinic reserves the right to change these Terms. For material changes, the Member will be notified by email at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Personal data

The Clinic's processing of the Member's personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Confidentiality

The Member has entered into a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement with the Clinic governing the handling of confidential information.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes arising from the Terms shall in the first instance be resolved through dialogue between the parties. If that is not possible, the dispute shall be settled by the public courts with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as court of first instance, or — in consumer matters — by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
